Sec-1 is growing and we are currently looking for talented salespeople to fill two new positions to help us to drive that growth.

1. Telesales Role

Our Telesales Role is an exciting opportunity for aspiring sales professionals with plenty of energy, enthusiasm and drive, to develop a career in the IT Security industry.

Sec-1 is a security testing specialist providing organisations with visibility of the cyber threats they face through ethical hacking.

The role of our telesales team is to contact potential new customers and promote Sec-1's products and services portfolio. The Telesales Team is where we find our future star account managers, so we are looking for candidates towards the start of their career, wanting to forge a lucrative position in account management. Our approach is both innovative and proven.

The telesales role should be viewed as a gateway into a long-term Sales Career and would be expected to last 12 months. After making your mark in telesales you will graduate and join the business development team as an account manager. So we are looking for telesales high-achievers who have the potential to be promoted at least once.

To be considered for this position you must have experience of outbound telephone handling being employed in a telesales or business development role.

The Role

  • 100+ calls per day
  • Generating qualified leads
  • Inviting targets to attend Sec-1 events

2. Account Manager Role

Sec-1 is also currently recruiting for experienced account managers. We are after the brightest and the best salespeople so although a background in IT sales - and IT Security in particular - is useful, we would like to speak with account managers from all industries about the success that you have had and how you have achieved it.

The role itself is a demanding combination of internal and external - with account managers expected to be able to generate their own leads, grow an extensive and profitable client base, meet clients and conduct presentations and strategically position Sec-1 as a valued security partner to their clients and prospects.

The Individual

As such the role requires a considerable amount of outbound activity, the confidence to conduct client meetings, the skill to close complex and sometimes technical deals and the organisation to manage the projects that are won.
